and fixed-term employees falling within the eligibility criteria.<\/p><p><strong>For the Flexible Benefit Part\u00a0<\/strong>that makes up a company's Welfare Plan the employee<strong>\u00a0can spend the entire amount on goods and services\u00a0<\/strong>which the company makes available to all eligible employees.\u00a0<strong>The company can make available\u00a0<\/strong>as additional remuneration, i.e.<strong>\u00a0as Flexible Benefit<\/strong>for its employees a maximum of 0.5% of its personnel costs (including fringe benefits).<\/p><p><strong>For the Fringe Benefit
