It is strongly recommended that silence be maintained in every room in order to respect the tranquillity of others.
Staff are not permitted to keep objects of any kind for safekeeping. For valuables, special safes are available near the men's changing room. Monticello SPA also accepts no responsibility for objects left unattended. The minimum age for admission to the Centre is 14.
It is compulsory to wear a swimming costume. Showering is also required before entering the pools.
Diving is forbidden in the pool area.
Slippers are mandatory. In view of the slipperiness of the rooms, we recommend that you also use them when moving from one pool to another.
We recommend using the handrails at the entrance to the pools and in the passage areas.
The outdoor area cannot be used in the event of a thunderstorm. In such an eventuality, the Monticello SPA staff, in order to guarantee complete safety, is authorised to ask the people present to return to the covered areas.
When using mobile phones, please use the greatest possible discretion, turning the ringer down and keeping your voice low in order to respect Guests' relaxation. It is emphasised that it is not permitted, in accordance with privacy laws, to take photos or videos inside the facility without the permission of the persons being photographed or included in the video.
The use of a towel in the dry saunas and on the relaxation loungers is required.
In wet saunas, the session must be rinsed after use using the special showers.
Sunbeds must be left unattended for relaxation, so the towels must be deposited in the spaces provided in the "Le Acque" area. Bathing attendants are authorised to move towels left unattended.
For health and hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to bring in and consume food or drink from outside.
All couples are asked to maintain a decorous attitude within each room: staff are authorised to remove people from the centre who do not respect this rule.
In order to avoid unpleasant burns, it is recommended not to wear metal objects inside the hottest cabins.
Failure to return the wristband and locker key at the end of your stay in the centre will result in a charge of € 100.00.
The four hours included in the purchase of admission also include changing times. For each hour or fraction of an hour thereafter, 10 euros will be charged. Massage time is in addition to the Centre's entrance fee.
Cancellations of massage bookings must be made 24 hours before the appointment. If no notification is received by the deadline, the cost of the massage will be charged.
In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, the Management reserves the right to expel the offender from the Centre.
