Reservation for SPA admissions is required on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays by going to "USE A VOUCHER" or by purchasing entry with date on BOOK.
Reservations are recommended from Monday to Thursday.
Reservation is compulsory for wellness packages purchased via voucher via WhatsApp at 039923051, by telephone or by sending an email enquiry to info@monticellospa.it
We kindly ask you to respect the time chosen at the time of booking. In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, access to the centre may not be guaranteed.
In the event that a SPA entry was purchased on a specific date and it was not possible to use it on the chosen day, it can be used on another date.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after issue.
The Centre reserves the right to suspend the sale of Newspapers and to sell the 4-hour admission in the event of excessive crowding.
It is not permitted to leave the Facility and re-enter at a later date.
