To enter the wellness area, you must have a bathrobe, slippers and swimming costume with you. Those who wish can buy them directly in the centre. 

A towel will be provided at the entrance with the purchase of the ticket, while the hire of a bathrobe costs €5. The hire of a second towel costs 2€. The cost of non-slip slippers is 9€. 

Headphones are not compulsory.

Daily Holiday/Workday admission with Kit includes towel and bathrobe hire, complimentary non-slip flip-flops and the exclusive Monticello SPA logo shopping bag. 

Adequate gym clothing with clean trainers and a towel to place over the equipment is required for access to the fitness area.

The easiest way is to buy tickets in the "Book" on the site, choosing the preferred date and type of entry. If you are unable to use the voucher on the chosen and purchased date, you can use it on another date. 

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Reservations for SPA admissions are required on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. From Monday to Thursday, reservation is recommended. 

You can also purchase free date or gift vouchers in the "Gift".

Once you have received your voucher or confirmation of purchase, simply show it at the Centre's reception desk in digital format (from a Smartphone) or on paper. 

It is also possible to buy a ticket at the centre's reception desk.

Monticello SPA vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

To book, simply purchase your admission ticket by selecting the date of your choice in the "Book" or, if you already have a voucher, by filling in the "Use a voucher". If you are unable to use your voucher on the booked date, you can choose another day. Monticello SPA vouchers are valid for one year. 

On busy days, Monticello SPA reserves the right to suspend admissions when maximum capacity is reached, or to limit sales to 4-hour tickets only.

Reservations are required for all massages, treatments and wellness packages. It can be booked online on date or by purchasing a voucher.

All SPA admissions include an Aufguss and a wellness ceremony of your choice for the day, subject to availability. Reservations for the ceremony must be made directly in the Centre, with the wellness assistants.

It is possible to give both admissions and massages or rituals online HERE or by going to the centre. You can pay by cash, debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

You can choose your own route. At the entrance to the wellness area, our assistants are available to advise you and suggest how best to use the pools and relaxation rooms.

There is ample and convenient parking available free of charge to guests of the Centre

The use of the Hammam, the Alpen Sauna and the Panorama Sauna is not recommended for pregnant women or for people suffering from illnesses such as heart disease, hypotension, hypertension and varicose veins. The use of the Biosauna Erba & Fieno for a period of more than 5 minutes is also not recommended for sufferers of the above-mentioned diseases. 

We advise people who are usually allergic to these components to take particular care when using the Biosauna Erba & Fieno. 

For any pathology not expressly indicated, it is advisable to consult your doctor before entering the Centre.

Each changing room is equipped with spacious lockers. Upon entry, you are given a wristband with a key to open and close the locker. 

Hairdryers are also available in the changing rooms.

Inside the facility you will find the Bistrot of Monticello SPA, a delicious restaurant that combines the quality and authenticity of raw materials with the pure pleasure of good food.
