At Monticello The Entertainment SPA, the sauna takes center stage on Friday nights.

Aufguss Night is dedicated to the culture of Aufguss, where technique, participation, and performance come together. Throughout the evening, the Aufgussmeisters lead the Aufguss sessions with essences, music, and towel movements.

Step into the sauna, immerse yourself in the Ceremony, then continue exploring the other areas of the SPA. You can alternate between Aufguss sessions and the rest of the evening, creating your own Friday night around whatever you feel like doing.

Aufguss, on your skin

Ice and aromatic essences meet the hot sauna stones, releasing steam.

The Aufgussmeisters take the stage and, through towel movements, distribute the heat throughout the sauna and guide the Ceremony.

The temperature rises, the essences fill the air, and the heat becomes more intense. You feel it on your skin, follow the Aufgussmeister’s movements, and take part in the ritual together with the others.

From heat to coolness

The heat promotes perspiration and helps with muscle relaxation. After the Aufguss, the cooling phase completes the thermal contrast.

Start your Friday evening with an aperitif and continue with Aufguss Night, with sauna, essences, music, and the movements of the Aufgussmeisters.

From 7:00 PM until closing, the package includes:
